Does "Buy Now" cancel my bid?

I want to " Buy Now " on an item but I have already bid. Will my bid be canceled as I do not want to wait. I currently have the highest bid, but it is less than the " Buy Now ".

  Hit the buy now button and let it take care of itself.    The site is there to sell items not keep you from buying them.

  Yes. Hit the  'Buy Now' cancels your and all other previous bids.  You'll own the item right then.  After you hit the button,post up the link here so we can see what you got.
