The Hodgdon site has data for 250 grain Lyman cast bullets but all with Hodgdon powders.

The 1960's Lyman Reloading manuals and the NRA Reloading book has cast bullet loads.

    Lyman 49th edition (I bought in 2008) has the 249 gr 375248 with TrailBoss, AA5744, IMR-4198, Rx7, IMR-3031, and IMR-4895.
    Rx7 Start 24.0 gr 1661 fps 22,00 CUP.  Max 27.5 gr 17 88 fps 25,400 CUP
Their most accurate suggested  load is the starting IMR-4198 24.0 1497 fps 16,700 CUP.
I likely have data for 2400 but it would be for Hercules powder not Alliant. I know for fact with BlueDot using Hercules data with the Alliant powder is bad news if you load at the top end.  This data would come from really old manuals.

Mine like 240gr Laser Cast (.380-382) with 28gr R-7...OAL 2.467 with new 38/55 brass. Chrono=1745.6 avg... My range report states the 100 yard groups were 1.5" With Iron sights on home grown model 94 builds...The other powder that tested well was 3031... Bear in mind my bores measured .380... and some of my data uses 375Win brass. I have run up velocities to little over 2,000FPS...with no pressure indications...Using the Sierra 200gr FNSP... :)
