New Pistol
My FFL just called to tell me my new Browning Buckmark came in. I'll pick it up tomorrow. The only other 22 semi pistol I have is my Dad's pre-WWII Colt Woodsman, after my Grandson claimed my Ruger MKII. Been needing a plinker so decided to give the Buckmark a try. I'll burn through a hundred or so rounds some time this week to "break it in".

I really like mine, it’s very accurate with open sights. 0 -
Nice pistols, I had two. Sold them when I got the Smith Victory. 0 -
I've got a Buckmark Camper and love it. Sometimes when my wife and I go to the range together she even let's me have turn with it! 3 -
They are good reliable shooters. Congrats 0 -

great shooters, for me personally I just liked the feel of the pistol, don't know if it was the grip angle or what, but the browning just felt better in my hand than any other semi, 22 lr I tried 0 -
22 plinkers are a lot of fun and so is 22 magnum got a number of both.... 0 -
IMO, the best 22 semi auto's out there... I have 3 of them. 0 -
Have two. A Micro slab sided Bull barrel (4")? And a Target model heavy barrel (6-8") weighted barrel bottom with a Truglo sight. Unusual barrel profile almost twice as wide on the bottom as the top. (From Ricci.)
Love them. Used the Micro for my CCW shooting portion. Burned the center out of the target. Only 5-7 not in the center out of 50. (And those are just outside center.) And only because we had to rapid fire 10.
Was asked by the Sheriff deputy and the State Trooper if I shot competitively. Told em' no just grew up shooting, + 5 years Army, and I shoot that pistol more than any other I own.
I predict you are really going to like yours grdad45.

I picked it up this afternoon, and when I got home I had an extra magazine in the mailbox that I ordered Tuesday. My FFL's supplier was out of them, so I ordered one myself. It's already been cleaned and oiled, ready to load up & go. 0 -
OK, took it to the range yesterday. I shot 50 rounds at varying distances, and the gun shoots better than I do. Off a rest at 20 yards, it shot a nice 10 shot group about 1-2". Offhand was a good bit larger, telling me I need to practice. I do think the trigger needs some work, too. CCI MiniMags is all I shoot, so no comparisons to be made. 0
