Haircut
I need one. Thought about buying a clipper and trying a home haircut but I hear there has been a run on them and everybody is sold out.

Lucky for me I have a set of regular hair clippers and a smaller cordless set. I cut mine this morning. I was trimming my beard and cleaning up around my ears etc. Decided it had been long enough and the back needed cut too. I don't have that much hair left anyway so what the hell. First time I ever cut my own hair but it turned out okay. I still clean up fairly well. 0 -
I foresee a substantial tip for my barber when he has to take care of the shaggy mess I'll be in when this situation is over with. Until then being retired means I don't have to impress anyone so I'll just put up with it.

My electric shaver has a pop-up beard trimmer, which I run along the sides of my head so that I can at least see my ears. Post lockdown: a haircut is first on my list of things to do. 0 -
That looks like he trimmed his dog.austin20 said:That looks like about what I need to takeoff.

I have thought this out, going on 6 weeks now, so I’m getting ready for a hair cut. I’m going to get hold of my barber which I have known boo ku years, He has always worked by appointment. I’m going to tell him he can either come over here to my place, or I can meet him a his house and we can do it there, that and he’ll be cutting it and getting paid tax free. I’m getting excited thinking about it, a black market haircut, alright, breaking the law, breaking the law.

Yep, I needed a haircut when this shutdown was implemented; before long I'll need a dog license! 0 -

A couple of days ago I started just combing my hair back, which accentuated my BIG forehead! The wife does not like it, but like I told her, "I have never told you how to wear your hair in 50 years, and NOW you want to dictate how I wear mine?" Don't think so! Besides, I kind of like it that way.
We'll see how this shakes out, but if she wins, I'm going to insist that she goes platinum blond!

Hair cutting should be one of the things you had on the list when you were looking for a wife..
1. Can she cook?
2. Is she willing to do all the housework?
3. Can she clean fish and squirrels etc.?
4. Will she come and pick you up at the beer joint when you're too drunk to drive and do it without saying anything?
5. Is she good at cleaning guns and Harley's or at least shows a willingness to learn?
6. Can she give a good haircut?3 -
Hey! I just plan on going back to the 60's until this chit is over! Peace, Love, Groovy, Far Out, Psycodelic!
Anybody know where I can get a paisley head band to match my face mask?

My wife has been cutting my hair for nearly 40 years and before that my grandma did. I think I've actually been to a barber 2 times in my life, and my wife has never been a professional hair stylist. 0 -
Same here, got my hair cut today for nothing, and got to play with the barber! 0 -
Just cut mine this AM. Never have done this before! Borrowed my son's clippers and had at it. I keep mine really short (#2 & #3). I've never looked better

Bought a cordless Remington beard trimmer around 20 yrs ago. When I used it, it stayed charged for like 7 or 8 yrs. Not used, like now, the same. I cut my hair this morning and it ran fine and it took quite a while. Still charged and havent charged since last summer, but not used. Crazy nice machine 0
