Winchester did make a 1902 single shot pistol, and "IF" that is one, it's not worth any where what he's asking for it. They came with a bull barrel, basically a short rifle barrel, or a thin tapered barrel. I can tell you, the wood on that one is not from a pistol.

Kind of makes me suspicious that the front sight notch is cut through the lettering on the barrel. Bob

I have cleaned out diapers that had a better smelling load than the one this criminally insane guy is trying to sell us...

It's time to put down the moly and stop skiing with Amy and return to reality...

This reads like a bad fantasy novel or purgered court testimony...

The stock is made from a piece of the true cross and the trigger guard from the handle of the holy grail.

The bs in his description (C&P'ed) pretty much matches with the faked up pistol too.  The ones I've seen had a metal frame, brass or nickle plated, wood grips, and all had a longer tapered barrel.  From what I can find, Winchester may have only made a few prototypes.

First good laugh I've had in a month.  He's kidding, of course; it's a joke.  I've seen better looking zip guns assembled in a prison cell.

Thanks for the comments.  I thought it looked like a chop job, but I wanted some verification.

On a side note, this seller is risking his FFL too. From the ATF website:
A firearm that was originally a rifle would be classified as a “weapon made from a rifle” if it has either a barrel less than 16 inches in length or an overall length of less than 26 inches. If an individual wishes to make an NFA firearm, they must first submit ATF Form 1 (Application to Make and Register a Firearm), pay a $200.00 making tax, and receive approval of the application from ATF before converting the firearm.

    [18 U.S.C. § 921(a)(3); 26 U.S.C. § 5845(a)(3)-(4)]
