    I just had my wife watch that.  It just so happens I have 6 pair of new socks that would work perfectly for masks.  Me being me, I think the masks wont help much but when Hot Momma says "You will wear a mask if you leave the house!" I wear a mask.  I ain't real bright but I ain't stupid!!  >:)

    That would work very well if all you were doing was woodworking and sawdust was a problem. You can't filter something out of the air that measures 20 to 400 Nanometers in diameter with a face mask. Even the largest virus at 400 nm is still only 0.000015748 of an inch in diameter.

    The purpose of these cloth masks is not to filter viruses out of the air,....it's to keep your spew from flying 6 to 8 feet outwards if you are sick and happen to cough or sneeze in public. It's based on the presumption that any of us could be infected, and trying to keep other people safer.

    I read something a week or so back that blue shop towels were a better filtering element than other similar things. I don't know if they were referring to the blue "on a roll like paper towels" or a fabric version that I haven't seen before. Those blue on a roll towels are a heavy grade so I could believe it. That is a really good video though. I'm going to share it with my kids. Thanks for posting that.

    You can cut strips out of a HEPA vacuum cleaner bag to make disposable filter inserts if you wish.
