     funny to some of us  nothing like getting the kids fired up and sending them back home to mom and dad 
     

     however I am sure a lot of "kids" will never have a dime of it used for food or clothes . same with food stamps sad schools still having to feed the kids 3 times a day and have clothes drive to get them dressed up 
     the neighborhood I grew up in had lots of such parents  sporting latest hair and clothes  jewelry nice cars  the kids not so much

    That's pretty funny Joe. My kids would hate me.
    As Ditchrunner pointed out, some will use it responsibly, some won't.

    no fooling ..schools now feeding kids year around......govt checks pay for the nice car and big screen TV instead of beanie wienies

    I tried that line on my Grandkids for some reactions,  and one good grandkid told me she expected her parents to use it and if they happened to give it to her she would save it.  I was proud.

    Done right.
    Yeah, I'm certain that would be the same response from my grandkids if I were to actually tell them.
