Just in case you didn't know.....it's okay to fool around with yourself... The Oregon Health Authority tweeted these guidelines out, and were posted online by the Oregonian for these difficult times, just in case people couldn't figure it out on their own.....

    Oregon live sends out emails that they deem important, since they are an off shoot of the Oregonian, the major fish wrapper paper in Oregon, and my Wife subscribes to them. They generally do a good job. They actually recently called our Governor on some of her lies about the amount of Covid19 tests that she ordered, and didn't show up. She walked away from her press conference today when questioned about it, and is in radio silence....
