Buying guns

I was considering bidding on a couple of guns on the auction side.  The local FFL that was receiving purchases for me has/is relocating to Tennessee  this month.  I don't really want to deal with making arraignments  with another FFL right now.   Roy made it easy on me.  I just e-mailed him the information, he e-mailed his information to the seller and called me when the gun came in.  Nice easy and convenient.

    Absolutely.  He worked out of his house and was great deal with.  A positive for him, due to his good service, was in the last few years I bought, IIRC, six new guns from him as well, even if they were a few dollars more than the big box stores.

    FFL's willing to do transfer in our County, are getting increasingly rare.

    I have not been buying, but am looking to part with a bunch. (Unfortunately, can not travel to get to Ricci, a bunch of Firearms.)

    Did not see this current situation, happening.

    A dollar short, and a day too late.

    Same here, I have a local guy that does all my transfers, and if it's a new gun, I will order it thru him. Did you ever get a scope for your new rifle?

    Haven't bought the scope yet.   I like the one you sent me the information on.   I want to line the iron sights up and shoot it some before I mount the scope.

    84, I am not positive but I think Dale at the  Outdoorsman in Boone might do consignment sales. His is right on Greasy Corner.
    Greasy Corner could have been named for more than one reason, three that I know of.
    If you can figure out where that is there is hope for you becoming a immigrant legal hillwilliam.
    I be darn, just googled it and sure enough right there it is.

    Was hoping to go through Ricci. Avoiding a 5-6 hour drive, each way would be a bonus. (Sorry Ricci.)
