  That just gives me a cold, clammy feeling. 
  

  The US Government gives 2 types of contracts:  1) products meet requirements & are delivered timely, or 2) best effort.  How is this contract going to be worded? 
  

  I don't know, but I think that next year at this time you are going to see GM ventilators sell on ebay for $20 plus shipping, as is.

  I would imagine Ventek and GM have a joint agreement.  Great for GM who had a plant idle in Kokomo Indiana.
