  Close as I have been able to find. Is the Austrian Mannlicher, from the late 19th Century. When they were converted from black powder to smokeless. They changed the sights. To ones, similar to the one in your photos.

  This is the Infantry rifle sight marked to 2000 while the Carbine sight is only marked to 1800.
