Support on the auction side
Yea yea I know this side is different than that side and never the twain shall meet buuuuut when someone does a good job they should be recognized for it. Had a real JERK of a bidder that accused me of trying to rob him cause he did not look at the photos or read the text accompanying one of my auction and wanted his bid canceled. I asked support for help, went to deliver some shotguns and three hours later when I checked, viola, the matter had been taken care of. Dat's good service right there.

If the guy wanted his bid canceled, what did GB do? Not cancel it? How long did the auction have to run? I've had this happen a couple of times. Mark the gun had a few days left but what concerned me was the bid was at $1025.00 and he told me he had placed a max bid of $1500.00. Would it have worked itself out? Maybe but why take a chance?? I'm still impressed with the speed of support. 0 -

Okay, I must have missed those details in your first post. The bidder wanted the bid canceled and you wanted the bid canceled. You are right it was confusing. The high bidder contacted me and asked that his bid be canceled. I contacted GB support and asked that the bid be canceled and three hours later it was canceled. I was impressed with the speed of GB Support and just wanted to give them a pat on the back. My first post was written while I was doing something else and I didn't proof read it. 0 -

Was it the 101 410? If so the next time you get one in to sell you should just send it to me. They seem to have given you a lot of problems. And as a forum member I feel I should step up to help. No mixing up of parts, no bidding or payment problems and by giving it away you would sleep better. 😅 Bob 0
