How do I get a response from GunBroker.com?

 I've been trying to contact gunBroker.com using their "Contact Us" form and they don't respond to my question.
What does it take?

      I have a serious question concerning how they list S&W Revolvers by model numbers. I have a S&W Model 648 I want to sell but I can't find "648" listed under "Other Models" when trying to do a search. If I can't find it how can anyone else? it seems someone just forgot that there is a model 648. It's not obsolete, it's still in production. What really bothers me is they they DO have Model 647 and 649 listed.   Why not 648?

    I would just list it under "other models". If people are searching for a 648 it will come up if 648 is used in the description or the title. If you go to the auction side home page and type in 648 in the upper search bar, there are currently 216 items that come up. It is odd they have 48, but not 648 though. GB is kinda slow on responding to emails though... GLWS.

    Due to the unprecedented demand for firearms in this country, GB Customer Service is probably busy right now.  In any case, I typed S&W 648 into the search and came up with this:

    There may be more 648's listed, I don't know. What I do know (and what you now know) is that the forums are not in any way affiliated with the auctions, and no one here represents GB Customer Support.
