Remington 7615 "Police" Pump - (Sorry, a Gun Topic.) Added a photo.
5.56/223 pump that accepts AR magazines. Mine is fully synthetic with a pistol grip. Parkerized. (Probably the nicest one ever sold here on Gunbroker.) I looked a lot, over the nicest ones offered, for a long time. [I paid a premium for it.] Wilson Ghost ring sight, high visibility front blade. I believe it came through Ricci, who threw in a nice Military style (1903) leather sling with double hooks. One of my very favorite aquisition's. One of my top five SHTF pieces.
Curious, does anyone else here own one?

I've got one. It is the version with the ghost ring set-up, but a regular rear stock (see above). Love it! Handy, versatile, and fun. With 20 round mags, it is just about perfect. Bought it new for $400 way back when they just came out (great deal even then). I remember catching a lot of flack on these forums from the "just buy an AR" haters. But, I never intended it to be an AR, and if folks can't see the amusement and utility of this little gem, you'll never convince them.

Nice Frogdog. Mine is the same as yours but mine has a collapsible AR type stock, with pistol grip.
Yes a very handy firearm. I have read that a pump centerfire, mandates that you focus more on follow up shots compared to that of an AR Semi-Auto platform. Follow up shots being more thoughtful and placed appropriately/judiciously.
I can see the logic.
Mine is quite accurate, for a close in 150-200 yard weapon.

There was a seller on the auction side that had a bunch of police trade-ins a while back. They were very reasonably priced but I didn't buy one. I still regret it.

Okay I guess if that's what a person wants. I just never thought of .223 being a good fit with a pump action. I think more like 35 remington or another thumper cartridge. 0 -

They had the 7600P out around the same time. Less capacity, but it was in .308. I wouldn't mind snagging one of those if I ever see one at a good price.
The Remington pumps are a lot more accurate than you would think, even with the mushy trigger.
And SCOUT5, I'm onboard with your .35 Remington idea. That would be a truly outstanding woods gun!

Have researched the 7600P after hearing about the .308 version. Yes, It would be nice to have one.
I would also like to own and IDI Timberwolf .357 pump. (A pipe dream.)

At one time I collected the Remington pump guns had one in everything they were chambered for. My taste changed about 10 years ago and traded or sold them off I still have two old model 141's one in 35 Rem and 30 Rem and a old 760 that it put together from 3 different guns .300 Savage. I had the black police model and the camo 7615 0 -
I got one at a very reasonable price. Guy needed the money worse than the rifle. I "loaned" it to one of my sons. Companion now for his grandpa's 760/30.06 that has been a deer slayer. I'll never see it again. 0 -

Be handy as a traveling rifle. Need to check the laws but if you only carried 10 rounds magazines there is not many places it would be illegal, should remain legal in California, etc.. Throw in some 5 rounds magazines if you are going to hunt with it so you would be within the laws for that. 0 -

Hey the price was right. (On the sling.) I paid a premium for the firearm. It seemed quite a few people wanted it.
Seems I have "sizing issues," on the photo. Being a Luddite, I have tech limitations. Sigh...........

No problem. You just have to do a "tactical roll" with every shot. The Millenial crowd loves that, as it makes for great social media video.
