...I just don't see a market for them.  For those reasons, I'm out.

I would do a auction search but looks like some one did .
or just list  them and see what happens .

My late MIL was quite a movie buff back when she was growing up during Hollywood's Golden Age. (Late 1930's\40's).  She would write letters to her favorite stars and many would send her autographed pictures of themselves.  She even got my wife hooked doing this when she was in her teens and she also received many signed pictures of some famous actors.

When MIL passed, she left my wife a large scrapbook with so many well knowns I failed to count them!
From Betty Grable, Judy Garland, Doris Day, Lucile Ball, Jimmy Stewart, James Cagney, Ronald Coleman, Errol Flynn, and many more!
My favorite is a Christmas card and a personal letter hand written by Red Skelton!

I understand that there are probably a percentage of these autographed pictures and postcards that were signed by star secretaries or auto signed but pretty sure many are the real deal.    Wife nor I have ever tried to find any values but sure these must be worth something.   She would never sell anyway.
