Internet speed/traffic

My internet download speed is down to 3Mbs thanks to all the people staying at home and on the internet.  Barely good enough to stream a movie.  The max speed from my ISP is 10.

  The same thing is happening here. The local cable company, whose internet service is pathetic under the best of circumstances, has been sending out emails stating that the lockdown, which has resulted in unprecedented numbers of people staying at home, working at home (and probably streaming movies) , as well as those who are studying online, has put undue strain on the entire system.
