Typical brain dead burocrat.  Yeah, yeah I know that is misspelled but I'm to lazy to walk into the other room for my dictionary.

I take  Lortab for persistent pain from arthritis . Usually get a refill every 45 days or so . Call the office , talk with the nurse , Md writes the scrip and i go and pick it up in a day or so. Been the routine for the past year or two till Jan of this year when DEA  allowed them to electronically send it to pharmacy . Great no more trips ! Suddenly amid all the stay at home orders Corporate decries that now i must go in to be seen for my refill .This was done in the parking lot in a drive in type run thru . How freaking stupid can you get !!!! Going to contact the head office and complain a bit

My wife works with disabled people, giving meds, supervising daily tasks, etc. Her job is clearly essential. Yesterday she was very unhappy that she was instructed to take them shopping. Management arranged for 2 of the 3 people to shop with someone else but she had to go to the store for the third person. She had to put her foot down on taking that one with her and they let her go alone.

Many of these folks don't practice good hygiene in general, they have no business being out and about during this situation. I emailed the CEO and got back a replay that flabbergasted me, "It's not a lock down, shopping and taking a walk is ok. Social distancing means keeping 6' away."

I tried to find out who could contact this organization and make them keep the disabled folks at home. The local police referred me to a state agency, who referred me to county health department, who referred me to another state agency who said I should contact the Labor Board. I gave up. / rant over
It is the same here Henry,..one of my buddies has two sisters that are disabled and one goes to a PALS organization and they go out and work,etc..and get pd for it,He told me yesterday that they are going to a facility and doing classroom things as long as there aren't 10 of them in the same room...
