Do they all charge for basic info?

  I use spydialer.com quite a bit. It is free, and gives you options to not only find a name, but also hear the voicemail message for the number (if any). Seems to do the trick - if there is info available. Also identifies SPAM numbers.

  I have been using this site to look up old friends and acquaintances.  
  
  I showed it to one of my computer savvy sons and about blew his mind!   He just made the sign of the cross and told me I shouldn't be spying on folks!

  https://www.zlookup.com/#  is free and pretty accurate.

  Search your own name at truepeoplesearch, they're hit and miss for accuracy.
