I've never been able to make some really good wings. Aside from the Famous Dave's, how did you cook them? Any other ingredients?

I preheated the oven to 425 degrees.
Lined a cookie sheet with tinfoil and sprayed with cooking oil (or apply an oil directly to the wings)
Cooked them for 22 minutes
Flip and cook another 20 minutes
Removed from oven, turned the oven up to 450 degrees
Tossed the wings in sauce and cooked for another 5 minutes
Cooking time will vary depending on your oven, but I thought they turned out really well.

All of our local stores only are carrying drumsticks lately! I have a family pack of wings in the freezer and will be giving your cooking methods a try very soon! Thank you Sig220

This thread gave me an idea. I have a bunch of frozen chicken thighs left over from last summers smoking session. I will just thaw and make some "wings" for snacks while self distancing. Too chilly out up here in MI to smoke them now. Can always buy more for smoking.
Thanks for the idea!
