craps again...not the state supreme stupids this time but the parole board....in 1990   donald wacker and associate beat, raped and murdered  12 yr old Nancy Shoemaker...and  was sentenced for a loong time...seems now after his 4 or 5 attempts our state parole board idiots granted a release.......the Shoemaker family now lives in Florida but are trying to stop this ....AGAIN....last ones they garnered many thousands of signatures against this...how many times must they relive this tragedy  by this  bozo
