    maybe the close living of people and the amount of foreign tourists...north part of italy has a large chinese population ...go figure

    Probably 4 or 5 times as many actually infected and not tested or reported in Italy and Spain which really screws up figuring the death rate. Bob

    Sickness thrives in filth. Always has always will. NYC is filthy.  Lakewood NJ -filthy  Philthadelphia-filth Hardest hit areas? Filthy.
     I'm not even mentioning foreign countries issues.

    Lifestyle is a big one, smoking tobacco, drinking alcohol ,drugs and illicit sex makes your immune system very weak.Being old or being a sickly person does not help either.

    seems a big issue to scream the USA has more deaths than Italy????   italy has a little over 18% our population in an area about 2% larger than Arizona ???
