has anyone noticed the garbage man...........

  are they in protective gear now, ours goes about 5am so don't get to see him very often, they gotta be grabbing some nasty stuff on regular days now add the virus on top of that, give em credit for doing a job no one else want....

    Living out here in the sticks, we have a private rural trash service we pay $25/month. They pick up every Wednesday like clockwork. The owner is a pastor of a small Baptist church, and won't accept tips, so all of us on our road make a yearly donation to his Church's charity fund. I've only seen him and his employees wearing overalls.

      we did this growing up, my dad worked at union carbide and would bring home 55 gal metal drums to use for burn barrells, looking back 50+ years, gotta wonder what came in those barrells originally we were burning off every evening or so........

    Burn barrels smolder too much. I have a hog panel bent in a circle. Throw in the trash, light it up and stir with a steel post. It burns completely up. The cans we recycle. Landfills are a ripoff. They also pollute underground water supplies.

    Just remember everyone cleaning junk out at the same time can make it harder on a already hard job. Need something to do ?plant some seeds, load some ammo, can some food, make some booze and count your money. I ain't cleaning any cellar or closets.
