Shipping C&R Magazines to Canada

I have a buyer for some WW2 vintage 1911 7 round magazines in Canada. I have looked high and low, including the shipping sticky, but can find nothing about shipping these to Canada. I have found that they they are legal on Canada being under 10 rounds. Is it legal in the US to send these to Canada without an export permit?

  C&R or not, most items relating to firearms have some level of export / import controls. Generally, accessories that are not themselves parts;  such as a rifle sling or cleaning kit, are not controlled. With that said, nearly all gun parts require export licensing from the U.S.

  As usual, I think Mark is spot on.  Even trying to ship a rifle scope out of the country is going to get you tangled up with ITAR, and very likely you will lose your shipped goods to the customs man.
