Bipartisan Support in Congress for Free money for all including governments!

 The US congress is going to be throwing helicopter money Out everywhere now. Better spend it before it's too late?  World Politicians are  considering SDR's to be created and given out to stricken governments to keep the system alive. The liquidity of bonds is freezing up too. Spend spend spend what could possibly go wrong. All the central banks are going to own everything soon.

    Republican and Democratic lawmakers are increasingly calling on Congress to give money directly to American households to combat economic strains caused by the coronavirus epidemic.

The growing support for direct-deposited cash payments could turn into legislation in the next few days or weeks as lawmakers prepare a major bill to cushion individuals and businesses against the downturn.

          Signs the financial impact of the coronavirus outbreak was starting to strain borrowing markets as well as Treasuries trading led the Fed to ramp up the amount of cash it’s prepared to inject into funding markets over the next month. The central bank is promising a cumulative total above $5 trillion, in a signal officials will do whatever it takes to keep short-term financing rates from spiking.         

Is the Corona crisis Giving the Fed Cover to Hold Corporate Debt?

Although this may provide short-term relief, it’s another example of the real disease that has infected global financial markets—central banks engaging in extraordinary monetary policy without any end game in place.

After all, we have seen that central banks have been unable to unwind their 2008 interventions in financial markets. In the US, minor rate hikes and a slow balance sheet roll-off sparked dangers that forced it to reverse course within a year. It has resulted in an overleveraged global economy, full of wildly mispriced debt. This has not only created significant bubbles throughout the financial system, but also an economy that is even more reliant on these volatile markets as conservative investments have been repressed in our low-interest environment.

So, although discount window operations are meant to be short-term loans to financial institutions, we’ve seen the Fed's ability to make the temporary permanent. The coronavirus has helped accelerate a global crisis, but it is having the impact it has because the economy was already sick.

    with that thought in mind that would possibly make the US dollar worth about a nickel ......lt's  pay for many for doing nothing and will leave the middle class working taxpayer with an overwhelming debt.......better to quit throwing free money to the world and use it here at home

    govt and maxine waters are CRAZY..she wants to GIVE every adult $2K a month and child $1K a MONTH.....prohibit repo cars, debt collection, wage garnishments, suspend credit payments, personal loan payments...give $5BILLION  to homeless, $10BILLION to block grants ...suspend all credit payments, personal loan payments   etc etc ect FNNNNNN crazy and we are TRILLIONS  in debt now ????????????????

     It's all about paying now with freebies for corporations  CEO's who bought all their own stocks and cashed out while not having a raining day fund to survive a recession. The rich get richer while the middle class gets the debt in the long run.The Federal Reserve punch bowl runneth over time,to save the fat cats. Bailouts will result in bail in's before it's over.

    Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin made assurances there was “bipartisan support” for some economic relief. Still, it is not yet clear what sorts of demands Democrats would require along with any package that supports the airline or cruise industries.
