    Negative Grunt. You have to have Capital for a franchise.

    I might be able to franchise a Hot Dog cart.

    Thank you Chris. It is related to what we communicated about the other day. Going through the final phase. I forsee one possible glitch. Beyond that I am good to go. Fingers crossed/Prayers asked.
