Stopping large gatherings etc.............
.......will effect the poker tournaments I've been playing in. I wonder how long this is going to go on.
I guess I'll eat beans, rice, the meat in the freezer and wait for the world to come back. Glad I have plenty of toilet paper.
I'm so glad I'm not working in an ER right now. People get nuts when things like this are going on. Multiple calls a day asking all manner of questions. People with no symptoms wanting tested. Accusations of the health care industry introducing the virus for profit and on and on. You can't get aggravated at people for not knowing what they don't know, but you can't help but shake your head sometimes.

I'm set, just checked inventory and there's over six pounds of coffee, and two boxes of tea in the cupboard. Plenty of chicken noodle and tomato soup as well. 0 -
That's what I call having your priorities straight! Between the Titos and the coffee I'll either be hyper or mellow but will be happy. Mr. Perfect. IIRC you live in eastern part of the state, it shouldn't be too bad there. 0 -
Hope you have that B-O-B with you that everybody talks about. You might have to "shelter in place" for a couple months..... 0 -
The LDS church of Phoenix as well as worldwide has closed its doors to services but is making arrangement for those who want to participate in the Sacraments.
"Where possible, leaders should conduct any essential leadership meetings via technology," the statement says. "Specific questions may be referred to local priesthood leaders. Further direction related to other matters will be provided."Best.

Interesting, A lot of my family is LDS. My son in Mesa is. One of my other sons (not LDS) is a minister at a church 4 miles from me, I've been wondering if they would be holding meetings Sunday but haven't asked him about it yet.nononsense said:The LDS church of Phoenix as well as worldwide has closed its doors to services but is making arrangement for those who want to participate in the Sacraments.
