 You don't have the right to assembly in a Pandemic unless your in a Hospital or FEMA camp. Now if your a potential illegal immigrant on the border in Mexico it's ok.

  i figure one sick in 250 is no  different than one in 2500.....seems one could expose only so many in a given space or time

  I heard the CDC has now lowered the maximum assembly size at 50 instead of 250.
  
  That is getting closer to "rally size" for the Democrats.  Do you suppose they are starting to get worried?
