If I may recommend a trigger, as there are many out there.
Johnny Glocks Custom triggers are excellent. They are what I run in my USPSA guns.
He has great understanding of the design and you can buy one straight from his website or drop into his gunshop.
Most importantly his triggers will never sacrifice safety in order to get the feel you want.
Mine is 100% reliable, 100% safe and I simply don’t have to think about the trigger when I am shooting.

Give it a 25 cent trigger job and learn to shoot it from the reset and not a complete release of the trigger each time. Probably not as good as a Johnny Glock trigger, but a vast improvement over the unpolished trigger assembly. 0 -

I have a Sig M17 with a DPP...I have to say the trigger on this M17 is far worse then any Glocks that I own or have shot. It is mush, from beginning to end, no discernible wall...it is horrible. I am selling it tomorrow actually. 0 -
