Serf must be right! EOW Harvard closing
“Harvard University will close only for an act of God, such as the
end of the world,” said former Dean of Students Archie C. Epps III
during a similar snow storm in 1977 when the University continued its
operations as usual.
Well they announced they are closing so this must be it! So long fellows
I hope taking extreme caution helps
Speaking of precaution I had to go to the VA today, I half wanted to cancel it was a routine appointment for dermatology but I went. Table set up at the entrance asking if you had traveled anywhere, had flu symptoms Etc. Not sure that is going to help but more power to them

Jim
Yeah close it LOL, actually I hope they isolate everyone who has traveled out of the country for two weeks prior to re-entry like Israel and Italy have done. Enjoy your stay at the base
Your are right it will help if anyone self identifies as having been exposed or has symptoms and hopefully they mask and separate anyone who does although I didn't see that happen. They could easily add a quick temp check too, what it won't do is identify anyone who has been exposed and doesn't know it, or anyone who isn't honest about it.
And Honestly yes if it warrants it than I would close and reschedule non essential services as deemed appropriate.

LOL I don't know, I THINK required you to wear a mask and I speculate perhaps limit your travel to specific location? I didn't stick around the table long enough to find out0 -
Might have something to do with Harvard Prof getting arrested for working with China on bio-weapons 3 -
I reckon they don't want to kill of some future attorneys. 0 -
Just out about two hours ago ; Michigan State University is switching all classes to on-line - no "classroom" classes - until April 20th, when they will re-evaluate the situation. No announcement about campus housing yet. 0
