Biafran children and folks who 'survived' concentration camps. This woman has a mental disorder, anorexia to the extreme. If she doesn't get help she will die from organ failure.

I do not think this is fake. I once knew a woman just like this. Very sad, very bad mental problem.

she looks like the survivor POWs from Japanese camps. she stopped all womanly function long ago. i am sure her resistance to health problems have greatly diminished and it would not endure much before this became fatal. and sadly its a mental condition at the root of it all.
