This happens all the time in China. I see articles of bridges and building collapsing every week.
The reason, they are made in China..............and we worry about their Armed forces

Some fairly callous replies, directed towards a bunch of innocents (children, etc.) trapped in a quarantine situation. What if that was your Mother, Sister, Child?
Seen the pictures of the apprx. 2yr old being carried out in a yellow shirt/overalls covered in blood, by a rescue worker?

Odds are there were 10 times the number of people in that building than it was designed to house.
The Chinese government is taking drastic measures to control this virus, and sadly the loss of life is just another input to the calculation.
