Selling on Gunbroker Non Paying Bidder Question
So I had a non payer , waited the 4 days as required, then relisted the item, and filed for credit. Days go by and my account still says I owe the fees. When I message GB they do not give me ant straight answers, only say they have responded. Does anyone know how the process actually takes to recover the fees ? TIA

Time, my son it takes time. IF you followed the process it will get completed. I have had the same thing done and it all works out. 0 -

They sent me a statement even though I do not really owe it. I have perfect credit but if they do not get it done by the due date I don't think I will pay it because it is not fair.3

I've had fees refunded twice, and in both instances it took three weeks. 0 -

They refund your account after the entire process is complete. You have to file the non paying bidder report, relist the gun, leave the guy bad feedback and after the required amount of time passes you can request the credit. If all the steps have been followed and nothing was cancelled or disputed by the buyer they will credit you for the fees. 0 -
