I saw some metal sculpture done by a guy in your neck of the woods.
Fella by the name of Wayne Arnson.
Pretty incredible work! Thought you might know of him, since LaGrande isn't exactly a sprawling metropolis.

I've heard the name, but don't know him personally. There's a surprisingly large number of 'arteests' in the area.
I think my wife and I have one of his bird sculptures that was given to us as a wedding gift. It's about a 3' tall Great Blue Heron and is really cool.0 -
Yes, I've seen many of his birds, and they're quite impressive. He's some 2nd cousin or great uncle to my wife and that's how I came to know of his work.
