I think this was designed about 3-4 years ago & ATF is jacking him up and removed all STL files from online.
The ATF claimed posting the files was an ITAR violation.

You must be thinking of someone else. He just posted this video in January. Being familiar with ITAR regulations, I can't even fathom what or how this pistol would fall under those guidelines. There is exactly zero government information in this design.3 -
