MP 38
Anyone help me with this Grip Frame.
It is unmarked and is not magnetic.
Would it be a repro?
thank you

Most of the W W II German military firearms, and firearm parts, that I have run across. Are marked with a waffenamt inspectors marking. And the manufacturers 3 letter code.
Being the part you have shown, has neither. Not likely original IMHO.
German and Japanese manufacturers, in the post war years. Have made repo Schmeisser's, out of pot metal die castings. My WAG is, that is what you have.0 -
Pre-1941 codes would be 27. Post 1941 would be byf for ERMA. MP-40 codes differed, but without any code it is probably from a blank firing replica used in 1960's TV shows. 0 -
Mark nailed it, Model Gun Corporation MP-38.
jpc, using that, do a google image search. There's a web forum for these, they're big in Britain.
