We are headed up your way in April to see my wife’s family. Going to spend some time in blountville TN and pigeon forge. Try to have all the snow gone by then and please keep the noise down as I’m on vacation and want to rest.

  Go see Bays Mountain, Roan Mountain. Take a drive to Asheville NC. Take in some local free Bluegrass in Jonesborough. So much to do in this area, cheap or free.

  That all sounds good to do. We like Jonesborough as that is where RogueRob and patsey live. We hope to see them also on this trip. I wonder where Ken is?

  Here, but just been reading gjshaw. Took a step back from posting for a couple days. I hope you have a nice visit. Snow in April is hit or miss in the mountains. We have had about 3 years in a row, where all my fruit trees were in full bloom and then get snow or low 20° temps. You realize of course, you just seriously jinxed us.
