Depends on where you live. I used to sell them and they are expensive but effective. I assume you are asking about Tasers and not the stupid stun gun crap you see on TV where they shock someone and they pass out and fall down cause all they will do is make a determined attacker mad.

You have a problem in Wisconsin. While unregulated inside your home or business, if you want to carry a taser in public you will need a CCW.
