There's a place here in Oregon near the town of Fox that used to have a lot of bucks like that.   Pretty cool!

    Nice Buck

I’ve not seen very many splayed like that and in the 20 to 30 inch spread range.

In Western Wyoming splayed racks like were usually in the mid to high 30 inch range with a couple in the low 40 inch range.

    Always impressive though.

Not sure where it was taken, but could it be a hybrid?

Used to hunt an area near klickitat in WA that was populated (and still is I'm sure) with a muley-blacktail cross called a benchleg They didn't really look like that though.

Definitely a conversation rack and a warrior by the looks.
What caliber is the rifle ??
taking a guess before he answers but it looks like a older  big bore Marlin , so I'm going to guess 45-70

Yep, redhawk nailed the rifle, 1895 Marlin 45-70. Buck was taken in Montana.

It lays out pretty flat.  A typical rack would be more vertical.
