  It happens.  Peace to his family  I knew of a Deputy here many years ago killed by a 14 year old boy that he knew, picking the boy up on a detention order, boy shot him through the front door of the house with a 22 lr.  Kid walked out while the deputy was down, took his pistol and executed him on the front porch.  Regular folks get killed as well under seemingly innocuous circumstances too.  Accidents are one thing, but violence and malice are hard things to understand.
