Talking about sheds

I went shed hunting yesterday (not really)  and found a 4x4 set (really).  The things is, they were still attacked to a buck.   That wasn't so different at the end of February here, but what was different was that he was with four does and was chasing them around.   That WAS odd behavior for the end of February.

  We saw an 8 point escorting 5 does Sunday morning. Talked to the guy who rents our pasture and he reported seeing the big 12 point that Son couldn't close on last fall with a bunch of does on our north farm.
  Must be a few does still not bred and cycling.

  I wondered if a yearling doe had come in later than usual.   Some yearling does come in starting in mid December.
