    I was at the Milwaukee brewery once. Looked like a very relaxed workplace. A line was down and nobody was showing a sense of urgency while parts were robbed from another line.

      just adding more fuel.  last night dems debate all them had anti-gun mass shooting speeches and how they would take control and ban guns  '
    sadly the left and  dems   will be standing on top of the victims and there families to scream more gun laws

    Speculation is disgruntled or former employee.  Company is not doing very well and has been downsizing/eliminating jobs.

     article I read sounded like he may have had a couple screws loose , paranoid about co-workers messing with him .  
     also  same article  co-worker  stated said he( the shooter )  felt he was being discriminated against for being a African American  
    and so it goes 
     as for my take  I have not heard what gun he used   I am guessing a handgun or it would be paraded on TV ,  but already disappointing the media  as he  was not white and already established racism toward him by co-worker

    It's already coming out (by a group) that due to his color he was discriminated against and thus the retribution!

    What I read was a case of classic mental illness. Paranoid schizophrenic. He claimed the government was entering his home when he was gone and moving things around. His co-workers joked with him that he should wear a tin foil hat, but he was serious. Deadly serious. I wish he had gotten some type of help, but I am sure he thought it was the world that was messed up, not him.

    Yes he was exhibiting signs of paranoid schizophrenia.  Insane.  Too bad he didn't get treatment, might have helped.
