    Looks to me like Ole Emilio got some pink tats too, Glad I don't live near him, this is one of the reasons I bought 25 acres and put my house inside the buffer zone LOL. Wonder if his tragic accident provided the cash for his dreams?

    I figure someone will remind him tile for the roof is sorta pink .  Wagering if the neighbors start irritating him he will cement the yard and paint it pink .

     his house but some times it comes down to  the neighbors raze hell about property values complain and last resort  . some time chip in buy the house and change it to fit the area 
     many years ago a co-worker lived in a nice conservative neighborhood  I was visiting with him one day   he pointed out his neighbor started remodeling the house next door to look like a old English castle with rock siding and spirals and well the whole look of a miniature castle  . all  neighbors were pissed and doing the normal complaining sadly  I am not sure how it turned out for them ,  my buddy and I  switched jobs moved on in life  and I never seen him again .

    as long as he doesn't fill the yard with a bunch of pink cars, on pink cement blocks, who cares, it looks like he is keeping it up, yard nice clean, to me this is more important than the color of the house.....

    I had a neighbor that had a pink house. He bought the land brought in electricity and built a huge house. The inspectors came in and did the final on the house. A week later the Cedar fire was close and threatening to burn it down. In a great effort (next door neighbor was a retired fire captain) several planes dropped fire retardant on and around his house. House was saved but was fire retardant pink. He repainted it but when the Witch Creek fire happened........will that is another story
