have you ever watched a movie....
that was so dumb it made no sense, yet you keep watching it hoping for that one scene that will make it all clear?? sitting here watching universal soldier: day of reckoning, me and the wife are like HUHHHH????? for the last hour or so

I have watched a lot of questionable movies over the years ( and still do ) and realize there is no redeeming part of the movie at the end . maybe a bit bias but I still like a lot of older movies better 0 -
Can't remember the last movie I actually watched, or enjoyed. My wife likes all movies and will watch one after another. I sit with her through most of it but not really giving any attention. If I get too bored with a movie I tell her,"well I'll make up the rest", and get up and leave the room. She is like, how can you do that?????? 0 -

No, we don't watch movies we don't like, and usually figure that out real quick. Lots of poorly made movies nowadays. Hard to find a good one. 0 -
It was some movie with Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts, don't remember the title. About half way through I told my wife, only two things can save this movie, boobs or explosions. Never saw either. 0 -
I'll give myself 10 minutes for a movie to grab my attention, if it doesn't in that time frame I go outside and piddle.......even if it's dark

I blame PG-13 for the crap that's being made/remade/re-booted these days.
That reminds me with non traditional places making and showing "movies" like Netflix does MPAA have a say? At least they might bring something new without the MPAA neutering them.
