Unanswered Messages
I am and have been a gun owner for years. I would have purchased multiple items here on gunbroker if my simple questions I've set to sellers would be answered. Is it just me or has anyone else experienced all there sent messages regarding the firearm up for sale unanswered?

Guess it depends what you ask. "How many rounds down the tube?" is one that says someone is a tirekicker imo. "Does it come with the box?" and if it is not pictured would be another. "would you take 500 for a thousand dollar gun wholesale?" would be another. I have asked some questions and get replies 90% of the time. I ask questions that are clearly not covered in the description though. 0 -
Give examples of the unanswered questions you asked which would have resulted in your purchasing "multiple items here on Gun Broker." Keep in mind that here is the Gun Broker forum, which is in no way linked to the auctions. 0 -
I'm sometimes annoyed by messages from the guys that wait until the LAST MINUTE to send them. An auction can be running for 10 days......not one email, but let the weekend come and people are sitting at their computer just trying to think of things to ask. If you are asking a retail seller a question, its probably going to get answered by someone working retail hours. Don't get me started on the guys that ask questions that answers are there if you look at the listing....read any of the description....or look at the pictures. Lastly are the guys that ask questions that would be asked if you were selling a personal item....but its obviously a retail seller. If a person has one listing, less than 100 feedbacks, and a simple listing posted with a few pictures it might be a personal firearm that they know the history on, but someone with a large number of listings, tons of feedbacks, is an FFL and every listing looks like a pro did it they are NOT going to know the extended life long history of a gun. I appreciate questions that let me know I've missed some detail I should have listed in the auction.......I know I've done a bad job on something if I get more than a couple emails asking things about it. 0 -
I can honestly say that I have answered all of the questions that have ever been asked about any of my auctions. Never, not even once has anyone that has asked me a question ever won one of my guns listed! 0 -

If no one is answering your questions sounds like you might have a problem with your email. I always answer questions about my auctions. 0 -
I think I have run about 50/50 on getting answers to questions on auctions... If the seller doesn't answer I move on.
Since it was mentioned above, I will also say getting answers for forum help/support has been a 100% failure0 -
The OP's total lack of participation in his own thread leads me to believe that he's a tire-kicker and a time waster. Perhaps the sellers he contacted recognized this. 3 -

Looks like his claim of buying multiple items may be false as well...I get that sometimes feedback isn't left but the chance someone has bought multiple items and not gotten a single feedback are pretty slim.
