Spam/Wing Quandary-

I was feeling Fried Spam earlier today. (Based upon an ongoing thread.)

I had to go to the Food Lion to get some sleep medication. (50mg liquid Dyphenydramine.) Picked up some "Breathe Right Strips." Will try them for the first time, in order to hold my nasal passages open.

Since I was there anyway, grabbed another two lbs. of Wings. 90% Buffalo, some General Tso's, and some Pepper/Lemon. Crisping them in the oven just now.


I am still feeling/craving the Spam option. Day or two at the most. (Because I like to eat healthy.) 😉

    make sure you wash the area where they go really well  other wise the oil in your skin  will let it come undone during the night

    Yea,....I wipe the area with an alcohol pad right before putting it on. I actually like the CVS 'heavy duty' ones I posted a link to yesterday better than Breathe Right. They are cheaper as well.
    I used the Breathe Right ones for years though, and they DO work if you put them on correctly.

    PS: Just a tip,....I always take a deep breath while I am putting the strip on so that my nasal cavity is flared already a bit. Seems to help the strip open the passageways even wider than a relaxed nose. YMMV of course.

    I heard you Brother. I pretty much knew/saw that coming. I hope it helps. I bought an 8 pack "trial pack."Figured, what could it hurt?

    don't ya have any duct tape????????  or at the very least a stapple gun

    back to the spam, if you use your scissors you can make wings outta the spam...........

    Anxious to give the Breath Right strips a chance. Bought the Heavy Duty," variety. I hope it helps. I have become desperate, lately.

    I used the breathe rite strips for a while before I got my cpap. Seemed to help me a lot

    I have a BPAP, purchased out of pocket. Too Claustraphobic/high anxiety to use it. I have tried repeatedly. Wish I could.

    I'd be happy to wrap your head in some Duct Tape, Hillbille.

    We are not too far away from each other. Perhaps we can make that happen? 😉
