What's with all the Wing threads and interest? Who started that BS? 🤔

By the way your rub looks awesome. I fully agree with FCD's preparation recommendation. Enjoy.

I do nearly the same as FCD but add the rub before I smoke cook them.

Easiest way is to load up the front loading clothes dryer with wings and your selected rub and let it run through a 'No Heat, Tumble Dry' cycle at least once.    Be sure and come back and tell us how much your wife enjoyed the wings!!! :D

I found another good use for my rock tumbler. :D

Actually, I just bake mine plain with a bit of salt & pepper. Turn them about half way through the cook.  I make a few favored sauces and just dip my wings as I eat them. Kind of like chips and dip.

I have yet to bust out my Cabelas Pro Smoker. Dumb like, I did not buy a cover for it. I have yet to put it outside, and utilize it. I am anxious to try it out and enable it.

I love smoke foods. Wings, Sausage, Pork Butt will be priority one.

I still have a wide variety of spicy goodness due to Gunnut505's genorosity. (I sure do miss that guy.) I use that stuff all the time, and never fail to think of him. I just may have to try a batch of wings with dry rub, due to this thread.

(Also scored a bottle of Moores Habenero Hot sauce yesterday.)

I'm testing the mango Habanero rub out on some chicken legs right now. Hopefully they turn out!

Let us know how you like that Moore's Habanero hot sauce.
