Anyone need a project gun-auction plug

    No offense intended but you do realize that $30 shipping is about 1/3 the fair market value of the gun, right?

    Yes, Henry I am aware of that. We usually charge $35 for long guns but this will sell cheap so we won't need insurance on it. Just because it is a cheap gun doesn't change what it costs to ship all that much. My guess, this will sell for 40 bucks.

    Sorry I wasn't clear, what I meant was it seems like you could have made more selling locally.

    Plus, some people bid what the gun is worth and don't even think about shipping. Same with ammo; I see ammo that sells for $15/box locally sell here for $15/box.....plus $15 shipping. That makes it $30 a box, but they tell their friends it cost them $15.

    Yes, I could have easily sold it in store for $50 or so but we get plenty of old junkers through so I thought I'd toss it up here for fun. I know there are people here that are always looking for cheap project guns.
