    Typical collectivist.  Normal people understand that the Federal Government should de-criminalize and allow the states to apply laws as they see fit.  

    Collectivists on the left want to impose it upon the entire country while collectivists on the right want to deny it to the entire country.  Neither of these large and largely ignorant groups have any understanding of the 9th and 10th Amendments.
