My wife once cleaned my truck while I was at work. This included Armor All on the plastic floor mat.
First thing I did was bust my butt slipping on the floor mat.0 -
I looked for a half hour yesterday for my post hole diggers. They are always in the corner of the building out back. I finally found them in the she shed. 0 -
Yep. Best to smile & say thank you.
Then go talk to the dog about it.3 -

She's a good woman who claims to be a great organizer? I'm sure she kept her job as a personal assistant (aka: secretary) as no one else could figure out her filing system. I won't let her near my tools as she arranges them by color, not what they do. She can't even keep the condiments in the same place in the fridge. They go back in a different place each time. We're still looking for a box of tax records that I had sitting in a prominent place so I could easily find them. Obviously, she didn't like them there & now doesn't know where she put them. But, yes dear, you did a good job. 3 -
Grouch Attack did something similar years ago. Later, I poured ALL of her "bath products" into one big jug and set it on the edge of the tub. IIRC, the stuff congealed into an amorphous blob that had a really odd scent. Message sent and received. 3 -
Years ago, I use to restore the old PV544 Volvo's and had put a door on from the yard and primed it. Came home from work one day and it was black like rest of the car. My FIL had painted it with a paint brush. I just kept my mouth shut. He was a great guy. 0 -

We have a FORD tractor here that Dad bought new in 1967. At some point in the late 80's he "touched up" the fading paint on hood and fenders with farm store paint and brush. I told my kids if they EVER modified his paint job, I'd come back from the grave if need be and kick some a$$. Some things just shouldn't be "restored".0
