  I had heard of Operation Greenup but had never read this story before.   I'm glad they got a couple of these men to do the documentary before they died.  One of then died the day after his interview and the other 2 years later.   The other one was a nazi army deserter that knew what the price would be if the nazis won the war.   Brave and resourceful men.
  If you can find the whole documentary I encourage you to watch it.
